The atmosphere is great, with a nice view. However the receptionist milak was extremely rude and unprofessional! but thankfully murat was extremely kind and took care of us!

We were in Bodrum during our holiday last week and we came to Fenix Restaurant. First we had dinner and then we had fun in the club. It was our friend's birthday and we were very pleased. Eda the manager of the restaurant, took great care of us, helped us, and her sincerity and smiling face made us very happy. It was also a very nice gesture for our friend to have his favorite song played. It was a great experience. Thank you again to the waitres and Miss. Eda. We will definitely come again next year

We had dinner at Zuma ( which was buzzing and packed ) and at around 1am went to Fenix. The receptionist was sweet and escorted us to the bar . The place was super empty with barely 4-5 tables. The bar tender was the worst . He was oozing attitude and ruined the entire experience for us . We ordered a whiskey sour and Bellini and the whiskey sour was the worst one we’ve had in our lives. It was 530 lira plus 10% service charge for a drink, same as Zuma ( which is super worth it ) but we couldn’t have more than 2 sips of the drink and left the drink and walked out. Not recommended .

No need to go here, at first i was denied as male when they saw my company i was allowed to the reception. The group in front of me, consisting of four gentlemen had a minimum spend of 100€ pp. For my group there was no minimum spend but they didn’t let me in, because I wanted to eat just some desert and drinks. Well such a policy is not customer friendly. By the way the restaurant was empty.

The food was really average and what made me mad is that they made us pay for Parmesan that we added in supplement 10€ + 23€ for bread ??? We paid 33€ and I swear that if you could see the 3 slices of Parmesan you would laugh. Sakhalin or Nusret are better option don’t waste your time

The food is great, and the music was nice, but this restaurant has the worst service in all of Bodrum. Waiters ignored my call, didnt understand proper english, and gave me the bill when I wanted to order, my friend asked for tissues and they pointed at her clothes meaning use them! extremely rude, very clear preference for Turkish speakers. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Eww

The Worst Restaurant in Bodrum: 1. The prices are excessively high, making it an expensive dining experience. 2. Although the restaurant boasts a beautiful location with a stunning view, that's where the positives end. 3. The service was severely lacking; the staff was unable to communicate in English, leading to a frustrating and unprofessional experience. It's disheartening to encounter a so-called 'special place' that fails to uphold basic standards of communication and service. The lack of English-speaking staff gives the impression of incompetence and leaves customers feeling disappointed. 4. Moreover, there are suspicions of dishonest practices, as some customers feel they are being deceived to generate more profit. Overall, this restaurant's shortcomings in pricing, service, and professionalism make it a regrettable choice for dining in Bodrum.
